Fast Shipping
All orders will be shipped as soon as possible, often the same day of purchase. A tracking number will be emailed to you immediately at the time of processing. Large orders will ship with signature confirmation for added protection.
On Arrival Protection
Any product that arrives broken or defective will be replaced immediately. To qualify, please contact us within 5 days of receipt, and ship the return with a tracking number within 7 days of receipt. NOTE: This applies to items damaged on arrival. All products are covered by our 30 Day Guarantee.
30 Day Guarantee
Any product may be returned within 30 days in new condition, including all packaging, documentation and parts. Upon receipt you will be refunded minus shipping and a restocking cost of 10 percent to process your return.
Extended Warranty
Your product may have an extended warranty provided by the manufacturer. The terms of this warranty, claims method, and duration will be included with your order so that you may contact them directly.
